Easy Journal Tool For Your Email Boosts EQ And Personal GrowthAt last: A simple, easy-to-use journal to help develop your emotional intelligence and improve your life!

Fans of writing a daily journal affirm that notes to your self are a personal growth tool that really works. Journaling helps you build self-awareness, develop personal insight, acknowledge your successes, understand and strategize your working relationships, and live your purpose.  Ove the years I have tried a number of tools to encourage my coaching clients to journal, but with limited success. It was difficult to get a client to add a new task to their life, especially one that was was out of the mainstream of their daily activities. And computer-based tools often required a discouraging learning curve.

Now, OhLife,  an email-based journal tool has come along and promises to change all that. now writing in your journal is connected to something you do every day – email. All you need to do is write one more email at the end of each day with your journal entry. The program sends you an email at the end of the day asking one question: “How did your day go?” Just hit reply and type your answer. The program stores your answers in an highly secure system, and provides them to you to review.

You can use it as a way to track progress on a goal. Acknowledge your successes, write about your daily activities. This kind of writing produces insights and a pathway to positive change. You can use it to develop your emotional self awareness by journaling your thoughts and feelings regarding episodes of your day. Coaches like me will be able to give clients journal assignments in support of developing new skills or habits. For example, I will help my clients use it for the daily purpose meditation exercise that is a part of our program.
