It’s the EQ At Work Method inside True You that assures positive change. I originally wrote the method in 1998 to provide a process to boost emotional intelligence and enable authentic leadership. I knew that my tools would increase personal power, I just underestimated how dramatically the practices would impact self-esteem and self-confidence.

How It Works: Training, Support and Special Resources
Your coach training and support system is provided in a package of Coach Training and Coach Membership:
Coach Training
Authentic Coach Course: Nine 1.5 hour teleclass training sessions that build skills for extraordinarily effective coaching and facilitation and prepare you for certification. The sessions are conducted on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 11AM ET You must attend at least 7 of 9, all sessions are recorded for your use. Tuition $797 in a single payment or in 3 payments of $300.
Membership
Your monthly True You Coach Membership is $97 per month and includes:
- True You Course - As coach candidate, you participate in the Be True You program as a student. You experience the same lessons and exercises that your clients will be asked by you to do. You build your own competency in emotional intelligence, and personal power as you become skillful and confident in your coaching and facilitation. You complete the course at your own pace and at your convenience 24/7.
- Mentor Coaching: As coach candidate you participate in a group mentor coaching session two times a month on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. (Or other time negotiated with the class) In these sessions you develop your own consciousness as you also develop your coaching skills by coaching, being coached and observing the coaching of others in the True You subjects. These sessions also provide support for building your practice.
- Resources: True You Coaches™ get access to a private download area to choose from a growing list of lesson plans, coaching tools, articles, handouts and audio archives.
Licensing and Affiliate Income
Licensing: True You Coaching Members are granted a temporary license to facilitate the True You Program with groups and coach individuals in the True You process subject to audit and final certification and licensing. In simple terms, you can start facilitating a group or coaching individual clients and earning fees as soon as you like. You must pass oral and written exams within six months to be certified and licensed.
Affiliate Income: As a True You Affiliate, you earn commissions on every sale of a True You program to one of your clients and on the clients that they bring in. You also earn commissions on coaches you refer for training and on the students that they enroll. By supporting each other significant passive income is possible.
