Hello, I’m Joseph Liberti Master EQ Coach and founder of EQ At Work, an international network of certified intelligence (EQ) coaches.
My passion is to coach leaders to claim the power of their authentic self and to positively influence others through authentic leadership. The primary tool, in that Whole Leader Coaching™, is a step-by-step process to develop emotional intelligence.
In years of dedicated study in emotional intelligence, since 1980, it became clear to me that while developing emotional competencies like self-awareness, self –management, social awareness and relationship management were valuable they were not the real prize.
The real prize, I discovered, was that using specific methods of developing your EQ would enable you to directly access and express authentic self.
The EQ At Work Method(tm) of coaching that I developed is a synthesis of what I learned from great teachers and through my experience gained in successfully coaching people like you.
Since 1998, in an estimated 4000 hours of individual and team coaching, I have coached hundreds of people in organizations that include Allstate Insurance, All-American Homes, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Eli Lilly, NPR, Healthways Inc, Northrop Aviation, UCLA, US Dept of Labor, the US Postal Service, US Social Security Administration and Wells Fargo to use the EQ At Work method to increase their leadership effectiveness and achieve greater balance and fulfillment.
I am privileged to coach a short list of highly motivated leaders and a few teams each year. To discover if my coaching is right for you I offer a complimentary evaluation coaching session.
