What is Laser EQ Coaching?
Laser Coaching, is a technique created by Thomas Leonard the late coaching genius considered to be the father of coaching. Laser Coaching is a highly focused dialogue in which client and coach work intensively on a specific issue, and emerge with an action plan.
Laser EQ Coaching takes a similar focused approach. In this technique, client and coach view the issue through the lens of one or more of the elements of emotional intelligence and use a refined set of questions to rapidly identify, opportunities, choices and actions.
I developed Laser EQ Coaching while working with busy executives and I discovered a way to help them more rapidly get to the core issue and make desired changes with shorter sessions.
How can you offer this program so inexpensively?
For one thing, you do some preparation in advance of our coaching session by listening to the recorded lessons (typically under 10 minutes) and doing the exercises. Then when we meet, we use our time in a more focused way in shorter sessions.

How do you apply, qualify for coaching and get started?
Complete your application and make a small refundable deposit to hold a coaching spot for you. Then make an appointment for a True You Coaching evaluation coaching session, using our online appointment calendar.
In your evaluation session you will gain clarity on your goals and what is possible for you.
If after your evaluation session you decide this program is not for you, you will get an immediate refund of your deposit.
